YCIS Silicon Valley

Posted By Programs Administrator, Tuesday, October 18, 2016
Updated: Thursday, September 29, 2016

Imagination soars at YCIS Silicon Valley’s preschool. Our inquiry-based approach starts with children’s interests and natural curiosity about the world around them. Preschoolers ask questions, problem-solve and create as they discover the world through two languages. Working as a team, English and Mandarin teachers reflect on what students know and provide a wide variety of ways to dig deep, explore further and challenge their learning. As children’s minds grow, so do their hearts. Students develop meaningful relationships with their teachers, parents and friends as together we create joyful, inclusive and compassionate learning spaces. YCIS serves children from age 2 through middle school and is WASC-accredited.
